Our Team
HandyPros is a small, local crew — our own technicians, not a call center and not a rotating cast of strangers. When you book a job with us, the people who show up are people we know, trust, and stand behind.
How We Work Together
We run an open shop. Every technician texts in when they arrive at a job and when they leave, and sends photos as the work goes — so the office, the crew, and the homeowner all see the same picture. Questions get asked out loud, problems get talked through, and nobody is left guessing what happened at a house. If something is not right, we say so and we fix it. That openness is deliberate: it is how a small crew stays honest, learns from each other, and earns the trust of the people who hand us their keys.
We would rather do a job completely and finish it properly than race to be the lowest bid — and we hire and keep people who work the same way. A lot of our work comes from repeat customers and their neighbors, including seasonal homeowners who trust us with their homes while they are away. Around here, that is the whole idea: Building Relationships One House at a Time.
Mike Pablo — Lead Technician
Lead Technician. Mike anchors our bigger jobs and sets the standard in the field for finishing work completely and cleanly.
Jesse Hernandez — Technician
Technician. Jesse handles everything from gates and fences to bathroom finishes — and his photo updates from the job site are how many of our customers watch their projects come together.
Stephen Boschetti — Owner
Owner of HandyPros. Stephen built the company on a simple idea: show up when you say you will, communicate clearly, do the work right, and treat every house like a relationship, not a transaction.
Greg Mendez — Electrical Consultant
Former HandyPros technician, still our go-to consult on electrical projects. When a job turns electrical, Greg's the call.
Victor Rosal — Technician
Photo to be added.
Frank Wilson — Seasonal Technician
Seasonal member of the crew. Frank reinforces the team during the busy season, when the desert fills up and every house needs something done at once.
Calvin Embrey — Technician
Technician. Calvin is our fence, gate, and roofing hand — if it stands up to desert wind and sun, Calvin has probably rebuilt it.
